Rhys Davies and Ben Keith instructed to represent the longest serving American in a foreign jail accused of a white-collar crime

Rhys Davies and Ben Keith have been instructed to represent Zack Shahin in submissions to the US State Department and to the United Nations. Mr Shahin, 57, is the longest serving American in a foreign jail accused of a white-collar crime.

Rhys and Ben have been instructed to lead the legal efforts for his release, including submissions under the US Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act, and submissions to the Special Procedures mechanism of the United Nations Human Rights Council.
